Richard Paxman is the Managing Director of Paxman Coolers Ltd, a small, family-run business in the UK. It manufactures and distributes a scalp-cooling device that helps prevent hair loss in patients having chemotherapy. Despite having approval for 15 years in the UK and Europe, he can’t currently export to the USA. Here he explains why a successful TTIP could help small businesses like his.
