EXECUTIVE SUMMARY AND THE METHODOLOGY

This study is divided into five chapters, with an executive summary of the main results, followed by chapters covering each of the four articles. Each article chapter is structured in four parts – an introduction describing the legal provision, a section with facts about the transposition in the EU28. The third section provides for the views and experience of BusinessEurope member federations. These are based on answers of 9 member federations3 to BusinessEurope’s online questionnaire. BusinessEurope questionnaire is presented in Annex I, meanwhile some further details according to article 4, 7, and 8 are specified in the Annexes II-IV.
