The EU–Japan FTA/EPA negotiations: discussions on the way forward

BusinessEurope and the Japan Business Council in Europe (JBCE) organised a breakfast discussion with the two chief negotiators of the EU-Japan free-trade agreement / economic partnership agreement during the week of the 15^th round of negotiations. Mauro Petriccione, Chief negotiator for the EU, and Koji Haneda, Ambassador for Japan, explained how negotiations are progressing and the prospects for concluding an agreement in 2016.
