The doors are (nearly) open!

COP21 is approaching rapidly. The start of the ad-hoc meetings of the Durban Platform (ADP) have been brought forward to Sunday 29 November at 5pm at Le Bourget. The site is already open for those registered participants who can collect their badges since Monday 23 November. Early collection is recommended!

A number of important papers have now been published:

• UNFCCC overview schedule;
• an aide-mémoire prepared by the French Presidency.

Over 100 heads of state are arriving to take part in the opening day of COP21 on Monday 20 November. The speaking order is given here but do not expect them to keep to time!
