TTIP can improve settlement of investment disputes

The European Commission published today the results of the public consultation on investment protection and ISDS in TTIP. BUSINESSEUROPE views this exercise positively as a way to modernise the existing investment protection model. In this spirit we have submitted our contribution, highlighting the need for strong investment protection provisions in TTIP while improving transparency and efficiency in the system.
