European neighbourhood policy high on business agenda

BusinessEurope supports the European Commission’s initiative to modernise the European neighbourhood policy and will participate in the current public consultation. ‘The European neighbourhood policy’, BusinessEurope Director General Markus J. Beyrer said when meeting European Commission Director General of DG NEAR Christian Danielsson, ‘should become more responsive to the current economic and social challenges our neighbours are facing’.
