Enforce existing rules of posting of workers directive

Director General Markus J. Beyrer calls not to open up the posting of workers directive, but to focus on enforcement of the existing rules. Meeting with Prime Ministers of Sweden, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Commissioner Thyssen, President Schulz and Bernadette Ségol.
