Working together to improve Europe’s workplaces

When it comes to tackling work-related stress and other psychosocial risks, employees and employers need to work hand in hand. This is why the Healthy Workplaces Manage Stress Campaign has representative organisations of both groups on board as official campaign partners. One organisation involved in the current and previous campaigns is BusinessEurope. We are promoting the Healthy Workplaces Campaign and aim to raise awareness of the business case for workplace health and safety actions and tailored approaches to different situations. “We are convinced that good safety and health performance helps business competitiveness. Avoiding high levels of staff absence and sickness is not only positive for workers but also for business continuity", said Director General Markus Beyrer. "BusinessEurope will work to ensure that employers’ views on workplaces stress are heard and their actions to tackle it are highlighted.
