TTIP: is it good for SMEs?
Yes, it is. Small and medium-sized enterprises are poised to get significant benefits from the transatlantic trade and investment partnership. Testimonies from entrepreneurs were clear on this at the breakfast event on the topic organised today at the European Parliament. Not only TTIP will include a dedicated chapter, but more generally all chapters will have provisions allowing SMEs to benefit from the agreement in different areas.
