Latin America and the Caribbean are important partners of the EU as dynamic and developing regions with high-growth potential and huge opportunities to develop win-win business solutions. Business and decision-makers in the EU and CELAC countries should work together to advance our economic and political partnership: ‘For that we need to promote rules that are simple, transparent, non-discriminatory and can de facto encourage the development of new trade and investment opportunities through innovation’, President Emma Marcegaglia said.
