Mexico: exploring new opportunities

EU and Mexico have long-term economic relations based on a free-trade agreement that was concluded 15 years ago. It is now time to explore new business and investment possibilities by modernising the existing agreement and enlarging its scope in important areas like services, investment or public procurement. BusinessEurope Director General Markus J. Beyrer and the Mexican Ambassador to the EU Juan José Gomez Camacho discussed how the on-going structural reforms in Mexico could open new possibilities for EU businesses, making a solid case to support modernisation of the agreement.
