EU-Ukraine: enhancing economic ties

The EU is Ukraine's largest trading partner, accounting for more than a third of its trade. It is also its main source of foreign direct investment. BusinessEurope met Aivaras Abromavicius, Ukrainian Minister for economic development and trade, to discuss ways of advancing EU-Ukraine trade and investment flows. BusinessEurope is very much committed to finding solutions that will promote stability and prosperity in Ukraine. Swift implementation of the EU-Ukraine deep and comprehensive free-trade agreement is an important step in this direction, helping the country to reform and become more competitive.
