Matilda Lindblad is Adviser in the Industrial Affairs Department of BusinessEurope, responsible for climate policy. In her role, she covers both EU and international climate topics. Matilda is a Swedish lawyer, previously dealing with environment, circular economy and sustainable finance in the department. Before joining BusinessEurope, she worked at the European Commission (DG Environment) as a trainee and as a law clerk at the Land and Environment Court in Stockholm. She has also worked with business law and corporate responsibility as a legal counsel at a law firm and has experience from the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs. Matilda holds a Master’s degree in law and studied at Uppsala University and the University of Glasgow.
